  1. The MAS Flic ActiveX Control 
  2.             plays .flc or .fli (FLIC) AutoDesk animation content in executable 
  3.             applications, PowerPoint 97 documents, and any ActiveX supporting 
  4.             application. It offers fast playback, minimal overhead, accurate 
  5.             display, and a large feature set. The control has the ability to 
  6.             embed the FLIC file inside a document to allow for easy 
  7.             distribution. It supports the Animator Pro FLC and Animator FLI 
  8.             specification fully, including 64-color, 256-color, multipalette, 
  9.             and all standard FLIC chunks. The control can display FLICs that are 
  10.             not properly rendered by existing FLIC players. It can decode at 
  11.             high speeds, while displaying FLIC files in accurate palletized 
  12.             colors in 4-, 8-, 16-, 24-, and 32-bit resolutions. It also 
  13.             implements a number of special features, including rollover 
  14.             behavior, start/stop on click, and window shape. The FLIC Control 
  15.             does all decoding of the FLIC without the need for any third-party 
  16.             DLL and is completely self-contained. You can control playback by 
  17.             setting options in an easy-to-use dialog box.
